1. I understand that:It is necessary for my personal information to be collected and processed for my admission, to verify my identity. This personal information is collected and securely stored when I apply for and when I take the test and is used by the Test authority.
2. I understand that my personal information can be shared with the government agencies as required.
3. I may be filmed for security and quality assurance purposes when registering for the course and during the class time . The video footage will be used for audit or investigation purposes.
4. I understand that the authority may keep record and display my score, photo and necessary information.

Test Fees and Refunds
